We recommend that you arrive about 5-10 minutes early for your appointment to allow time to pick your polish, hang up your coat and relax.
Cancellations
At Pure Skin Therapy, we require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling individual appointments. For group bookings of 3 or more, we require 48 hours' notice. Please keep in mind that "no shows" or last-minute cancellations will result in a fee.
No Shows
Cancellations of appointments with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost. Cancellations or amendments with less than six hours notice will be charged in full for the complete service. Pure Skin Therapy reserves the right to use their discretion for each unavoidable client situation.
Appointment Reminders
If we have your mobile number on file, we will send you a text reminder about your upcoming appointment. This reminder will give you the option to confirm; however, even if you don't hit confirm, you are still booked in for your appointment. Pure Skin Therapy is not responsible should you forget your appointment, not receive a reminder text or mix up the date or time. Remember to update your cell phone number or address for our system should it change.
Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please give us a call. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals; however, our appointments are booked in specific time increments. Late arrival will result in the services being customised to fit the remaining appointment time (a full-service fee will apply). If we haven't heard from you, we consider this a "No Show", and the total cost of your appointment will be charged.
Cell Phones & Children
We ask that all cell phones be put on silent and used to a minimum, as it could affect your experience and the tranquillity in the salon for others. At Pure Skin Therapy. Please check with us if you need to bring your child to your treatment.

Being born and bred in Auckland, Cassy has made the move South with her husband to walk the hills of Central Otago and enjoy the snow. Skin skin skin is Cassy’s passion. Having come from a specialized skin clinic in Akl, she is excited to share her knowledge and passion with us here at Pure.
