Meet Our Team
At Pure Skin Therapy, family has always been at the heart of everything we do. Originally founded by Gay Kennedy over 25 years ago, her daughters Ange and Sarah both worked with her and together the clinic was built on trust, connection, and a shared passion for helping clients feel confident in their skin.
Today, that legacy continues under the care of another mother and daughter team - Aneka, a highly skilled therapist trained by Ange herself, and her Mum Paula, who brings warmth and organisation to the front desk and behind the scenes.
Together with our expert team, we continue to honour the values Pure was built on: personalised care, advanced knowledge, and a genuine commitment to your skin health and wellbeing.
Our Team
Paula Rossiter
Paula has called Wanaka home for over 40 years.
In 2024, she joined her daughter Aneka in owning Pure Skin Therapy and is the business/salon manager.
She brings a warm, welcoming presence to Pure. With a background in administration she is often the friendly face at reception, making everyone feel valued and at ease.
Paula is only too happy to help with any enquiries or questions you may have.
Aneka Rossiter
Aneka is a Wanaka local with a passion for fitness, connection and community. She began her journey at Pure after College completing her apprenticeship under Ange and Gay - a foundation shes deeply grateful for.
In 2024, Aneka became co-owner of Pure with her Mum Paula. She now leads the therapy side of the business specializing in relaxing facials and creating a safe nurturing space for her clients. Her love for skin care shines through in her mission to help others feel confident and cared for.

After selling the business to Aneka and Paula in 2024, Ange is enjoying a part time role working Tuesdays and Wednesdays for her loyal clients. Ange has extensive training in IPL, electrolysis and much more. Ange has three school aged boys and enjoys boating and all the outdoor adventures Wanaka has to offer.

Gay founded Pure Skin Therapy 25 years ago bringing warmth, wisdom and a passion for advanced skin and IPL treatments.
She now embraces a part time role and continues to deliver exceptional care with her signature touch. Gay visits our Wanaka Salon monthly and is cherished by her Edendale clients as well.
Cassy Brown
Cassy holds Level 4 and 5 Beauty Therapy Qualifications and brings over 9 years of industry experience including 5 years at the Caci Clinic in Auckland.
She has developed strong expertise in skin care specialising in personalised consultants and tailored treatment plans. Cassy enjoys massage and is also highly skilled in waxing and tinting, always aiming for precision and excellent results.
Kate Glover
Kate has been a valued staff member of Pure for over 5 years and has recently returned from her overseas travels. We are so excited to have her back with us and her clients are thrilled too.
Kate is an amazing nail artist specialising in BIAB manicures and she is also very talented in all beauty treatments achieving fantastic results. Her caring, gentle and confident persona is a breath of fresh air and she is a perfectionist in all that she does.
